About the author
My name is Diana Rozevskis and my abiding love of mythology, fantasy and reading children's books to my two daughter's inspired me to begin writing for children ten years ago. I joined many creative writing classes and my passion for writing soon grew.
My multifaceted career includes graphic design, child minding and working in salons in London; Selfridges and Harvey Nichols as a Beauty Therapist. I also studied the ancient art of Crystal Healing and a fascination for Crystals developed.
Canadian born, I lived in Toronto until I was five years old, until my British parents, yearning to be closer to their family, made the decision to move back to their hometown, Middlesbrough in the north east of England. This is where I lives today with my husband David, who has Latvian roots, and two daughters Emma and Grace.
I have self-published four books in the series so far, covering myths in four continents of our globe (Europe, North America, Antarctica and Africa), there are still three more books to write: Australia, Asia and South America.
Please have a look around my website, and if you have any comments or questions, you can contact me; I would love to hear from you.
I hope to see you again! Check back later for new updates to my website. There’s so much more to come.
About the Crystal Waters Series
Crystal Waters books are magical adventure stories for children/teens and adults who love ancient mythology, old legends and history.
The books are packed with mythical creatures, country facts on past traditions and cultures and draws on stories of old.
There will be seven books in total in this series, when I finish writing them, and that is because there are seven continents of the world. Each book in my series, although the characters stay the same throughout, has a brand new adventure in each, and a brand new continent to accompany it.
There are four main protagonist within the series, two sisters Emma and Grace and two boys Robert and Tom. Although it must be said Tom really didn’t come into the series until book two, for that’s where Emma, Grace and Robert met Ooo wanna Know Tom Tom Quin (Tom for short) from ancient North America.
They also have a purple dog named Ceber, and as you can imagine he is a strange creature with a long scaly neck, feathered tail and is unusually tall for a dog.
As the story goes Ceber was rescued by Herman (formally known as Hercules), Gran’s gardener, because Ceber's own mother, from ancient Crete, was trying to kill him. 'Why?' you may ask. Well, Ceber was the runt of the litter and was sadly deformed when he was born. (This is the part where you go aw!) Aww! Poor Ceber. You see, Ceber was born with only one head … instead of three like the rest of his family. Of course, you may be familiar with an old Greek myth about a three-headed dog named Cerberus and you would be right in thinking this was my starting point in creating Ceber. But, unlike the hound from Hell in the legend, Ceber is kind, affectionate and a great member of their team.

All charms comes in a little organza gift bag, accompanied by information about my books and a scroll about the charm itself; where it relates to in the book and all about the bottle charm itself.
These make great gifts, and is a wonderful way to learn more about the books and build up your Crystal Waters Collection.
